What is a mental performance consultant?
A mental performance consultant teaches mental skills to athletes, coaches, leaders, and other high-performers. They are an expert in sport/performance psychology, but are not a mental health practitioner (e.g., counsellor, psychologist).
Who might seek support from a mental performance consultant?
Individual athletes, teams, coaches, organization leaders, performers (e.g., musicians, actors), or others who may want to develop mental skills.
