Katrina Waldhauser, PhD, Certified Mental Performance Consultant
Katrina is an experienced consultant, educator, presenter, and researcher. She obtained her PhD and MA in Kinesiology from The University of British Columbia and her BA in Psychology from the University of Calgary. Katrina draws from her experiences as an athlete, a coach, and an academic researcher. Her research includes topics related to leadership, teamwork, and social identity in sport, youth, and military populations.

As a mental performance consultant, Katrina has worked with athletes and coaches to develop a range of mental skills, such as coping under pressure, performance planning, self-talk and thought management, confidence building, imagery, goal setting, motivation, teamwork, and communication.
